Im going to stop you right there and say you couldnt be further from the truth. Im going to tell you all of the problems you are most likely to come across especially if you bought it used. In order of most common

1. Broken motor mounts

2. Blown turbo

3. Excessive oil loss

4. Losing 2nd and/or 3rd gear

5. Transmission failure

As for your other questions, the engine name is DISI MZR, everything else you can find here just the drivetrain and weight is gonna be diff https://www.mazdaforum.com/forum/mazda3-26/what-mazdaspeed-3-has-offer-11249/

I’ve been lurking here for a while and it’s cool how supportive this community is when people have maintenance or performance questions about the Mazda6. Whether it’s fuel economy, handling, or comfort on long drives, feeling good behind the wheel really comes down to both vehicle setup and how you take care of yourself. Good nutrition and consistent habits—like tracking meals and activity—make long road trips way more enjoyable. I’ve seen useful ideas about building sustainable health routines on https://wellness‑app.com/ weight loss fasting app that help with energy and focus, which matters even on everyday drives. Keep the questions coming!

thanks for the information!

And that actually was the last time that member ever posted on this forum.
You really should as a new member start your own thread or find a better more resent one?

Not you .....
Old time member **Tracker.... another negative Mazda owner with less than the best information

I would not base some information concerning what is and is not common on any used vehicles.
There are some that get abused by the owners but there are also owners that take care of their vehicles.
You need to do the common sense when shopping for any used vehicle.
We get dozens maybe in the hundreds every year that are Turbocharged as well many other brands even Supercharged and there is no pattern of any that have more than the usual servicing all depending on how they were treated.

This is a good thread below to read about advise on any vehicle forum
