POSSIBLE CAR SHOW
 

Hey to all theMazda6owners. My name is Keith and I work for a Mazda Dealer in the Atlanta, Ga. area. We were thinking about getting some of the local clubs together and trying to have a Mazda only car show. Keeping it simple for the most part but we would invite out like RX-8, RX-7, MX-5, Mazda3 and Mazda6 owners to show off their cars and have a dinner catered on us and just have some fun with the cars that really do house the soul of a sports car. What I need to know is what kind of interest level there is so let me know if you would be interested in attending or know some local Mazda parts contacts in the Atlanta area and we can build up the Mazda Brand.

I have a few friends that I am sure will be interested. Also all the guys up at my job (Mazmart) drive Mazdas, so I am sure they would also attend. Will already replied in the RX8 section.

What is Mazmart? If you don't mind my asking. I asked Will the same thing as well just trying to figure out because I have never heard of it. And I am at Hennessy of Morrow, Ga. which is just a couple minutes south of Atlanta.

We are a used Mazda parts supplier. We are owned by Jim Downing & Rick Engman.

I live in NC and I would be down for driving 6 hours for a car show...if you provide gas for me to go home, I could go without the catering, no joke! I think pretty much any body would show up if you provided gas, especially with the prices these days.

yeah I am trying my best to get this into action. The management here seems to be on board which is good. Do you think that Mazmart would want to be a sponsor of the show maybe help with some of the costs and be able to put up some flyers, and business cards and things of that nature? Of course that would all be dependant on if we can make it happen we are looking to get about 35-50 cars roughly so if you can let me know what you have so far that would be awesome.
