I guess it's also possible he has a 6spd manual (I do).

Why did older cars have an OD button? I mean, was there a point to NOT shifting into that extra gear? If you wanted to keep the car in lower gears for torque, you probably wouldn't be goin that fast anyway...

 

Havok you really need to do your homework before you put up another stupid post again. And so you know there is no OD on the automatic trani for the 4-cylinder 6i or the 6s. Its just a 4 speed trani

 

Who needs to do their homework? Depending on the year, the trani could be anything from a 4 speed to a 6 speed.
