Default Oil leaking
Can anyone please help me with this issue. Oil is leaking from underneath this bit. It's feels like rubber. Not too sure what this is or what it's to.

2006 mazda atenza wagon. 2.3L engine

The engine mount is filled with oil. Its worn out & collapsed. Time to replace the engine mount.
