Recently purchased a 2021 Mazda6 Touring, with Nav added by dealer. Dealer did not have copies of the manuals for both Mazda Connect and Navigation. Received an email yesterday from Mazda customer service that both manuals are online only. I wrote to the CEO of North American Operations protesting that sitting in the car using a smart phone to page back and forth figuring out all the peculiarities of both areas is just nonsense. That is particularly true as the software is not as user friendly as a number of sophisticated aircraft I have flown. No response yet. Also bought a new Forester Touring recently and the manuals are there and pretty well done.How long has this been going on at Mazda?

 

I just took delivery on a new Signature and was also more than surprised to discover the that there were no hard copies of the Navigation, Connect, Connectivity or Apple Play manuals. It really sucks dealing with these electronic manuals.

 

Not a perfect solution, but, you can download the manual and print it out.
