2004 Mazda 6 4 cylinder

I'm having problems trying to figure out this problem.Whenrunning the ac the front windshield frost up at the bottom of the windhieldon the outside.The ac **** is not turned to defrost. Could there be somthing blocking the vents or some kind of filter is clogged.

 

Had a similar problem a few years ago. Dealer needed to install a new seal to close off the defrost vents.
