Mazda 6 heated seat

I just purchased a new 2005 Mazda 6 and notice that when I turn the temperture on the climate controll down from 90 degrees that my heated seat seems to turn off as well. Is there anyway to disable this feature?

The seats will only work in certain temps. I think if it is hotter then like 80 they wont work, but dont quote me on the temp. It is in the owner book, did you get one when you bought the car?

The seats cycle on/off to regulate the temperature. I'm not sure what the threshold above which they won't come on anymore (I used to know it.) The seats and the climate controls are (2) completely separate systems.

Thanks for the answers. It must be in my imagination that the seat turns down when I turn down the climate control heat. I am going to see if me seat heats up this weekend, (it is my wifes car so I am only in it on long trips) when I have the climate control set to the lowest tempertature. Thanks again.
