now thats its colder in my neck of the woods, the last 2 times i filled up I have only got 430-445 miles on a tank!

 

Where do you live that you are getting 93 Octane? It is very rare if you find a gas station with a 93 octane. Highest I know in SOCAL is 91 Octane?

 

well i get my 110 octane at speedway for my race car

sunoco has 94 octane, and shell has 93 here in ohio

anyone know how much a Cold Air Intake would increase your fuel mileage? Just even a guesstimate would be fine.

 

ive been doing pretty good with my milage so far prob about 420-450 a tank
i shift the auto manual thing really low like at 2k
and now ive been using cruise control

so i should do pretty good
i know it does better than my prelude did. that car got at best 26 mpg
my TA was getting over 30 before i built up the engine

yes a cai will get you better gas milage usually about 3-5 mpg better as long as your not on it all the time

 

I got 25.4 mpg last time around and I have 5500 miles on my 6i. So that's about 450-460 miles per tank and my mpg is getting better as my total miles goes up.

 

I got 475 miles on my last fill. Almost all the millage was interstate, but at speeds of 70 to 80 MPH. I have a 4 cyl with the 5 speed, and it has 7K on the clock.

 

The mileage on the 4 cyl/stick is awesome. My Mazda6 Wagon 6-cyl gets ~22mpg.

 

I'M getting only 500 km per tank : 50/50 hwy/cty .... but its winter up here

 

wow. just got a oil change. With my 2.3 4 speed automatic I just got 460 miles on a tank. It was in the 20's all week. I am quite happy.
