I'm after some advice please if you don't mind?

I'm looking at getting a Mazda 6 2.0 Diesel (2002 - 2007).
It's the 07 model and it has around 60,000 miles on the clock.

I've been advised to beware of this vehicle as there are engine problems which could cost a fortune to get fixed / replace the engine.

I've looked around on the internet to see if I can find anything, but there seems to be nothing specific to the 07 model, and everything I can find is relating to older models.

Do you know if this advice is correct and if it's as bad as they say.
Also do you know if it will be the same on the 07 models?

I'm clueless with cars to be honest so any advice would be appreciated.
