Default Loss of power high rpm

Hey everyone

I have a Mazda 6 2.2 diesel skyactiv from 2014 and I’m having a problem with loss of power at high rpm. When I reach 3000rpm the car loses power and can’t go further. This happens in every gear. Top speed that I can reach is about160km/h. Mass air sensor checked and ok. Turbo sensor checked and ok. Turbo checked (the interior) and ok. Admission system checked and ok. Does anyone here had the same experience and know what kind of problem is this?

Thanks for the help
