I think my mazda6 is a lemon
 

I bought my 2008 mazda 6 on june 28th and since i bought it the transmission went up and my warranty covered it and monday my radiator cracked and i got my car back yesterday after they fixed it and it kept over heating and antifreeze sprayed all over the engine. now my car wont even start... it keeps trying to turn over butwhen it actually turns over it putters than stops...i just want to get a mazda actovist's opinion on whats going on. mind you im calling a lawyer monday so i can figure out my options about the car and what i can do.

Im guessing its a GH chassis? How many miles/kms? 2.0 or 2.2 or 2.5 engine?

I am also guessing this is an automatic. 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder?
Stock cooling for automatic is in bottom of rad--------useless.
You need to get an external tranny cooler asap with new fluid, due to your rad issues.
