How to adjust headlights

My right headlight beam seems to aim right after installing an aftermarket HID kit. Would anyone have any ideas how to move the beam from the right more towards the left?

I found the screw that moves them up and down, but cannot seem to find a way to move the beam left and right.

Thanks

RE: How to adjust headlights

The left and right adjustment is way under the fender....get a flashlight and look.... I took a 6mm allen wrench...hacksaw the long end off at half an inch. ( not easy, by the way) Tie a string around it...you will drop it a couple of times...Mine is still down there somewhere in the inner fender! Someone with small hands can reach in and put one end into the back of the adjustment wheel. spray a shot of wd-40 or something on the gears...once you break it loose it will turn ok...but it's hard to start because you can barely get one finger on it! Then turn it one way and watch the lights to see which way they are moving. A real Mazda mechanic will have a better way to do this, I'm sure. You're supposed to be able to put a # 2 phillips into the adjustment gears and spin it, but good luck getting back under the fender!

well i just stuck my hand under and gave the gear a spin and sure enough it moved.

Tough thing is, I still dont know if one light is aiming higher due to the bounching effect the projectors have.

But i cant ask MAzda to check my leveling because I have aftermarket HIDs?

bahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
