Horn and Cruise Control problem

I have an 05 Mazda 6 and my horn and cruise control does not work, any ideas? Thanks.

Yes its the Clock spring. you need to get it replaced. i have a 2000 protege lx. and i had the same problem. WAS the clock spring inside the steering wheel column.
