Arrow "HiD" Upgrade From H1 Bulb

Decided to upgrade to HiD Light Bulbs only on Low Beams from current stock H1 bulbs.

After trying 2 Anti-Flash Capacitors and 1 used ballast

would you say driving with halogens are like driving with candles compaired to HID?
That is usually what I tell people

Be careful, as its illegal in some countries to fit HID bulbs to standard headlights.

This is pretty delayed considering your last post was in 2012 but when you did this did you have to disable the DRL? I keep seeing things about cutting a brown wire under the dash coming out of a blue box.... not that this doesn't sound sketchy *caugh* *caugh* but if you did have to do this is there a better way? also my mazda is a 06 mazda 6 and I've looked under the dash and can't find the blue box either...really would like to get my HID's put in had them forever but don't want to kill them with lower power due to running half the power during the daylight hours.....also in Canada so you can understand my want for them I'm sure
