Help needed ASAP

I bought my 2012 Mazda 6 2.2 Business line Dec 2015 for £8.5k
MOT December 2017
Serviced in Feb 2017
Its now about to reach 70k miles

Since then my near side front ball and arm had to be replaced due to it drying up (£500)
I now believe the driver’s side is going the same way - going to be another (£500)
Front tyres are at 4mm
Front brake pads are at 2mm
Rear Brake pads at 4mm
Rear tyres 6mm

I have been looking up online and everyone is suggesting that I get my timing belt changed also.

I do about 16,000 miles a year

I have looked at what’s its worth if It didn’t have these issues and looks like £5.5k

I need help to decide, do I cut my losses and sell it or hand over the cash and deal with the issue and then carry on until the next thing need replacing.

Are these cars worth the blood sweat and tears? Do they last?

Don't get me wrong, I love my Mazda I just feel like at the moment I spend every 3 months in Mazda garage while its having some work done on it!

OZ spec 2012 Mazda 6 running a 2.2 diesel, uses a timing Chain. No cambelt to change.

You many want to ring your local Mazda dealer.

I just called them, they said it was a chain and should last the lifetime of the car.

Thanks
