Have someone replace water pump?

The engine sound is very loud. My mechanic told me the water pump is not function well.
The replacement for changing water pump - OEM is about $400. Have someone replace new water pump? My mazda6s, 06 has only 55000 miles.

water pump, belt and tensioner install

FYI, dont use a jaw puller to remove the pulley. Use a pulley remover.

Enjoy!

The dealer told my mechanic order the special tool cost $400 and need 10 working days. He did not buy it since I am the only mazda6s driver in his shop. He found the information of tool from web. Someone made new tools for him which cost $200. He charged me $417. I think the parts from dealer is around $200-250.

Just don't understand why Mazda 6s (v6) need buy the special tools to remove old water pump. I think the most expensive items for v6 maintenance are water pump and fuel pump. I replaced both items. I hope both new parts can last 5 years.
