Grinding noise when turning only when cold
Hey all
I have an 08 Mazda 6 and have a noise when my car is cold and the termperture out is cold. Brake doesn't change the noise and it happens when I am not braking. It is coming from driver's side front tire area and I would best describe it as grinding. Any ideas on where to start. Wife will probably put a bullet in me if I take it back into the shop for another problem. I recently had an alignment done and 2 new tires. I don't think that was one of the tires that was put on though. Maybe related, maybe not My car also makes a noise... it is harder to describe. When my car is cold and I put it in drive (foot still on brake,) I will hear a noise from the middle back of the car. I can also hear it when shifting gears. Any insight is appreciated |
Sounds like a suspension bush or ball joint. Hard to diagnose over the internet.
