GPS - Where my car has been?
 

Hi, first of all I'm new here and a happy owner of a Mazda6 tourer. I'm going on a trip pretty soon and I have to leave the car with a parking company. In the past, few people complained that the car has been moved elsewhere despite the company clearly advertise this shouldn't happen.
I can find out about this easily from the mileage, which I'm planning to write it down before leaving the car in their hands.
Furthemore, in some cases they left the car parked on the public streets.
If this wasn't a lot cheaper than any other option, I wouldn't even have considered such company.

So here comes my question, as the car comes with the navigation and GPS, is it possible to track where the car has been, so that I can challenge them in case something goes very wrong?

No, you can't use the factory GPS to track the car. Yes you can buy & install GPS trackers that alert your cell phone.

I wasn't looking for real time tracking, more if there is a GPS history on where the car has been. I'm mainly asking because I had this function in my Garmin before :) If it's not possible, I will try another way. Thanks for the response though!
