Exclamation Tires I want only made in 1 size (55) larger, will they fit???

hey guys first time posting I’m sure this has been covered numerous times but I figured I’d give it a shot. 2008 Mazda 6 with stock tire size 215/50r17. The all season tires I wanna get before any snow hits here in New York are only made 215/55r17. I know it’s just one size difference but really want to know if they will work and fit before I order them. Anyone have any experience with this??! Stock rims from the factory and not looking to cut side walls or anything extreme, just want good all season tires for snow and through my research I’ve found this certain tire to be very well reviewed. Thanks for your help!!!

Yes, they'll fit, the only potential issue will be the height of the sidewall (it's a bit taller than the OEM size), and as such, you'll be traveling a bit faster and a bit further compared to what the Speedometer and Odometer record.

Ok awesome thanks for the quick reply! How much further odometer wise? Like do you have a ratio of any kind you could think of? I’m just thinking oil change wise how much sooner I’d have to change it that’s all. Pretty **** about that honestly lol

Per my handy-dandy spreadsheet, a 215/50 R17 tire will have a circumference of 79.99", a 215/55 R17 tire will be 82.66"; a difference of about 3.32%.
