Anyone experience this w/6S?

Hi Mazda owners,
Hope someone can help. I have an `04 6S, manual trans. Everytime I make a hard right, the next time I disengage the clutch, I get a soft 'pop' noise and the clutch feels like if there was air in the system. Do I need to bleed my hydraulics and how do I do that? Thanks for your help.

How many miles do you have on your car? The braking and clutch systems operate from the same master cylinder. As your brakes and clutch wear, the fluid in the cylinder will drop and you must top it off as the wear increases. If your clutch feels odd, it is possilbe you let the fluid in the master cylinder get too low, allowing some air into the lines. As for the pop, I have no clue.

Thanks for your reply. I have 13,000+ miles. I experienced this at an early stage of the car, like 400 miles. I didn't think to check the brake fluid to see if it was low, but now that you mentioned it, I'll give it a look. My suspecion is an air bubble. I was going to wait until 30M miles to bleed the brakes and maybe even paint the calipers, but now I may have to step up my timeline. Anyone got suggestions for cross drilled rotors for a 2004 6S? No one seems to carry rotors for that model, only brake pads. What's up with that!
