Am I blind?
I don't know if i happen to be blind or just not seeing clearly because i can't seem to find any aftermarket exhaust for my 2005 mazda 6 four cylinder. I can find it for old or new years for v6s not nothing for my exact car.. If anyone could help it would be great.

RE: Am I blind?
Well... the price is a little steep imo, but here ya' go!! http://www.slickcar.com/accessories/...st_systems.asp I know Injen used to make them too, but it seems they've given up. They are no longer listed. |
RE: Am I blind?
What the hell is wrong with slickcar's pricing? They have to be out of their mind. Here ya go...

RE: Am I blind?
Ihave to wonder whatRPM wants for it. They have an "ask" link there for the 6i, 2.3L. I hope our friend will do that and reports back. After seeing nearly $900 from Slickcar my curiosity is piqued. |
RE: Am I blind?
The Magnaflow is a $500 exhaust.

RE: Am I blind?
If I'm correct in guessing that it's mild steel not 304 SS even $500 is too much. It could be produced for much less and still be sold at a profit. |

I've been quoted $500 from a shop local to me. But I got one from another 6 owner & this system is pretty damn good. |
RE: Am I blind?
I was not desputing your estimate Mazmart, just suggesting it to be a little high for what it is and that you are paying for the MagnaFlow name in part. My exhaust is made from 304SS, has really excellent welds, 3-bolt flange connectionsand includes a hi-flow cat, and it only cost me a little over $100 more. |
