My blower motor is making noises and sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't. I took it to Mazda and they said the motor needs to be replaced to the tune of $317.65. No way. I am investigating replacing it myself but am not finding a lot of location/removal details on the web. Can anyone tell me if this is a difficult job? Where is the motor located? I would think it would be under the cabin air filter behind the glovebox, but I am not sure how hard it would be to access (if that is even correct). Thanks!!
