2011 Mazda 6 2.0 1st to 2nd gear shift sock/jerk at slow when it is cold in morning

I have puchased used 2011 Mazda6 2.0 japanese. During test drive it was fine and shifting like butter I think it was already warmed up. When in morning I drived I felt Shock/jerk during shifting from 1st to 2nd gear only and after driving few kilometers when Engine is fully warmed up it shifts fine. So anyone know about this issue that why it is happening when it is cold, it is fully serviced at Mazda service centre and transmission oil and filter is changed before 10000km as per service history. Any guidence solution will be helpful.

Possibly the seals have gone hard ( common Mazda Problem) nothing you can do except a full rebuild.

First of all thanks for you reply; As i dont have more idea regading internal strucure of the transmission, can you explain please which seals you mean? as mostly seals are used for to fully seal the oil flow or leakage in valve body or outer body. which seals are used I will say as piston rings which are hard and shifting jerks only in shifting from 1st to 2nd gear only as other gears are smooth and once seals heat up they allow free movement and gear shifts as butter.

I will appreciate if you can confirm form your experience that no issue comes in 2011 models as it was in older models before 2006 which was resoved by TCM updating/ reflashing

But shifting works fine even car is cold in morning if I press more gas pedal means at higher RPM works fine.

Can you suggest please if following can help?

Does Throttle Body (TB) change helps as per below forum link

Harsh shifting from 1st to 2nd gear =/

OR
Bad Transmission mounts

OR
Less than required level transmission fluid

etc

If I use this car without solving this issue? will it damage transmission more or I should use it untill works and nothing to worry about.

I just checked the transmission fluid it was very dirty like black and with burning smell, so I visited the mechanic and changed the transmission fluid and filter now car seem better in shifting but jerk is still there from 1st to 2nd gear when it is cold in morning only. So can you please guide if I change transmission fluid after 5000Km again for to clean the transmission does it will improve performance? Is it possible that may be shifting jerk due to dirty fluid and filter?

I would say the damage is already done.

Take it to a specialist Transmission shop for a evaluation.
