Wow!! I always seem to be in the minority with things. Most of the comments seem to be negative. I think the new Mazda6 looks like the Mercedes CLS550 which I think is one of the most gorgeous 4-dr sedans on the planet. I was wondering what Mazda would do to improve the Mazda6 which I think is the best looking mid-size car there is. I think they have outdone themselves. The car is gorgeous.

I'm new to this forum so go easy on me!
I am the engineer responsible for the design of the front and rear suspension springs on the new Mazda6. I agree with most of you that the car looks too much like a Camry or Accord. The power is up (275hp, 305 lb-ft for the V6).
Also, the car will debut in Fall 08 as a 2009MY, not 2008...sorry!

Why www.cars.com still show 08 mazda 6 will not redesign? There are two old engines available.
