2005 Mazda 6 AC recharge, low/high r134a pressures?
Hi,
Does anybody know for sure the low/high pressures that we are supposed to read on the AC system for a 2005 Mazda 6? I have a curve pulled from a workshop manual but I am not sure how much I trust it since it states there should be 16.8 oz of R134a in the system, where the engine compartment sticker shows 1.1 lbs (17.6 oz).
I vacuumed the whole system for 45 min with no leaks, then added r134a with the gauges on and 1500 rpm. I got to about 30 psi / 250 psi by adding 2 cans (12 oz each) 85-90F ambient. I know I didn't quite get the full 24 oz in, but the cans were pretty much fully empty when I was done with them (no more liquid inside). But even accounting for a loss of 2-4 oz in the lines + purging the lines from air! I am still overcharged but still not quite meeting the high pressure for the high side and a bit too high for the low side per the chart. (Max 23 low side, min 260+ for the ambient).
So I am not sure if the data I have is right for the pressures.
Thanks.

Thanks grim reaper but I am really looking for the pressures I should be seeing on the low and high side when running at 1500 rpm. The r134a qty is listed in the engine compartment so I'm pretty sure the 1.1 lb (17.6 oz) is right.
