'16 Mazda6 with 175k miles
 

So my Mazda6 is approaching 175,000 miles (5k to go), and was wondering if any of you all have any experience with high mileage Mazdas and if there are any maintenance items I should be paying attention too at this stage? I have been following the Mazda recommended maintenance schedule for the life of the vehicle.

I commute 75 miles to work, both ways, everyday at highway speeds, though I do a fair bit of stop and go driving when I get to the city as well as on the weekends. I live in WI and deal with pretty extreme cold temps in the winter (yesterday was -10°F when I left for work) and of course salt and all that garbage.

The car itself is running great currently, and I didn't have any identifiable issues at my last oil change, where they do a multi-point inspection. But, I'd like to get many more years of use from the vehicle, and feel I should start being proactive, and I can't help but feel there are some common problems that come with high mileage Mazdas that could be dealt with before they become a problem. Just curious about your thoughts! Thanks!
