You can run the line output convertor on the rear speakers. Not to mention if you have the bose system you can just tap into the stock sub..

You'll have to pull the cupholder, ashtray panel, & PRNDL bezel before removing the radio

1) Remove cupholder panel by pulling straight up on the panel (works best if you pull up on the park brake handle side first.) There are no fasteners to break, it should just pull up.

2) Detach the 2 tabs between the cupholder panel and ashtray panel. They are on the edge that mates between the 2 panels, you may have to jam a pen or some other small object into the tab to release the 2 panels from each other (the 06 is much easier than the 04/05.)

3) Unscrew your shifter knob (Auto or stick)
- If auto, leave the PRNDL bezel snapped into the ashtray panel, you'll need to unplug the 2 bulbs that light up the PRNDL as well as the cigarette lighter socket. (bulbs twist 90 degrees and pull, socket you need to disengage a couple of tabs before the plug will pull out.) Once they are disconnected, you should be able to pull out the ashtray and PRNDL bezel together (you have to take the trans out of Park and put it at about mid-travel fore/aft (N) to get the bezel to clear the shifter stalk.
- If stick, you should be able to remove the knob, then disconnect the lighter socket and pull the ashtray panel out

4) Remove 2 screws along bottom edge of radio attaching it to Instrument Panel

5) Pull straight out of the IP on the radio and it should pop out of the dashboard.
