Default 06 Mazda 6 - Light issue on shifter...

Quick question, just noticed the shifter lights dont work (lights that light up D, R, N, etc. on the triptronic shifter)...any idea which fuse i need to check for this? assuming its a fuse... or is there something else i should be looking at...every other light in the car is fine, just cant see the dang thing at night now...

any help would be appreciated.

thanks.

I don't think it's a fuse. I have the same issue with my 6 as well and I think you need to replace the bulb. There is another forum where this is being discussed too. You can see it here:

Hey what's up guys, I just replaced my Mazda 6 shifter bulb and it was pretty simple. While I was searching for answers myself, I decided to experiment on my own. Here's a video I did copy and paste for the YouTube video. Hope it's helpful.
