06 mazda 6 2.3
i just bought this mazda 6 2.3 i was driven today and it died and would not start had it towed to the house ran the codes and i had a po 340 cam sensor code so i replaced it and still no start, checked for spark and it only sparks the spark plug one time.

Try crank position sensor. Both cam and crank are reliant on each other.

i just replace the crank sensor, still doing the same thing u thank it might be the ecu

Fuel pump failure is common on older Mazda 6s.

A bad fuel pump should not cause a lack of spark.
Smith: did you check all the power and ground connections related to the ignition and alternator? Did you check the spark plugs, wires and coil pack? If all of that is good it may well be the ECU. |
