My wifes 04 Mazda 6 has issues with the headliner falling down over the back window. Mazda replaced the headliner under the factory warranty back in 08 i believe. Has anyone else had this issue and if so any recommendations of what can be done other than replacing the entire headliner again? Hate to buy another one from mazda if its not going to hold up any longer than this. I figure the best thing to do is take it to an upholstery shop and let them just recover it!

 

My 05 did the same thing. Only thing I can recommend is to have yours wrapped and not go back with an OEM replacement. This is a known issue with these cars.
