So now I'm thinking that the intake manifold is cracked. Has anyone heard of this happening? I'm going to remove it myself this time, and see if there are any cracks I guess

If removing it make sure you have all the seals, gaskets needed!
Like throttle body, intake plenum seals, possibly egr gasket?
