Question Rear fog light bulb replacement

Hi all,

I'm newbie here, I used to have 2001 2.0 l Mazda 323 which I loved, but it had to go as it really was so rusted underneath that I couldn't get mechanics to service it no more....
Anyway these days I have 2008 Mazda 5 2L MPV. Apart from problems with getting the splash screen off (sorted) I have a question. My right-hand side rear fog light has been broken (to bits). I have got a replacement, but I don't know what type of bulb needs to be there. The one on the left-hand side doesn't seem to have a bulb in at all

any help would be appreciated. Google isn't helping

thanks

Found out that it is a LLB382 type of bulb needed. So I fitted it but got new problem - I'm getting no voltage on it any ideas on the reason ? Fuses ? Relays ?
