P0300

2006 Mazda 5 broken drive belt, engine over heated, replaced drive belt and ECT engine coolant sensor, got p0300, any help?

Check compression. Overheating could kill the head gasket.

Did this belt affect alternator? P0300 is random misfires.
Re-set computer and see if it comes back before spending unecessary money.
