Have you tried the MAF sensor cleaner?

First disconnect negative terminal on battery followed by depressing the brake pedal 10 seconds before cleaning.
Physically remove MAF Sensor, Spray this MAF Cleaner everywhere alot, Also spray the wires where the plug plugs in to it. , move your arms in a flailing motion to dry after. Must be dry before re-installing. Let idle for 10 minutes before driving.
Put di-electric grease where plug is: http://www.permatex.com/products/aut...-Up_Grease.htm
Make sure MAF bolts are holding. If not see: https://www.mazdaforum.com/forum/mazda6-20/running-lean-p0145-p0141-already-spent-%24900-trying-fix-28078/page11/#post126050 Post 105-107.

I did sprayed the hell out of it. But that wasn't it. Turns out that the maf output wire was broken. Replaced wire no code but rpms drop till its about to stall but then kick back up but drive is definitely better.I disconnected battery so I'm guessing computer relearning.

Good. You'll have to drive around 50-100 miles before re-learning done (all at once not needed).
