hey Mazda people!

I'm a little stumped, an engineer took a look at to car last week and said my head gasket seal has gone, causing the oil leak, but im not getting overheating, mixing of oil or anything

When I took the engine cover off I could see oil running down from under the second along bolt (the one now undone in the picture)

I'm absolutely stumped... any advice or comments for (hopefully) an easy fix.
