OBD2 codes

Does anybody know if Mazda use only generic codes on the mazda5 or do they also have some of their own codes.

Generic codes are used by most all OBDII ECU systems. i.e. P0300

If you mean that the OBDII and CAN-bus ECU have engine diagnostic codes only for a specif model platform, not by MAZDA that I am aware of.

The soft ware for my snap on solus for MAZDA covers all model US/(limited)UK models and the code listing are not model specific.
