Default Mazda5 Stereo

I have a question regarding the head unit in our 2006 Mazda5 sport. We recently bought it used as a daily driver for my dad until he can get a pickup, and then it will become a car me and my brother can use and learn to drive on. However, we were wondering if there is any way that we can link an ipod/3.5mm audio jack to the stock stereo/headunit. I can try to post images of the headunit if it will help!

It should be, since I believe i read somewhere that it is the same as the headunit they use all the way up to their current models, or maybe just a few years before

Our 2008 had an AUX jack below the shifter. I imagine you dont have the same? We ultimately went aftermarket and pulled the crappy sounding stock deck. Much better now.

Our stock deck did NOT support MP3's which seemed ridiculous for 2008.
