Alldata.com sells a subsciption to an online manual. I've never tried them and I have a problem paying annually to access a manual, but people do it.
Probably gonna have to spring for the field service manual if you want it anytime soon.
I'm wondering if publishers like Haynes have some agreement/arrangment/payoff with manufacturers NOT to publish a manual for a minimum number of years. Still no manual from them for the 01 and up Protege and Mazda 3. Those seem high volume enough to justify printing one if they could.
