Mazda 5 heater problems

Hi my mazda 5 2008 1.8 is having a problem with the heating. It only blows luke warm air when car is upto temp. Fitted new thermostat and radiator and did coolant flush but still the same. The two hoses on bulkhead bottom one is red hot but top one luke warm. Disconnected them and ran a hose through core and connected back up but still the same any ideas what to try next. Car doesn't over heat. Cheers

Remove both heater hoses, run the garden hose thru the two firewall pipes. Good chance the heater core is blocked.

Check blend door(s) actuator?

Cheers for advice. Ran hose and slightly better but not fixed the issue. I ca hear the blend door moving when I turn from hot to cold but to get to the mech it looks like stripping alot to get to it

Blend door could be moving, but still not moving all the way.
