mazda 5 fuel return

Hi guys, sorry is this is the wrong page but i was wandering if anyone has had the same problem i had. it started when the oil light came on for no reason, it did make a horrible noise so i pulled over let it sit for 5mins then checked the oil level it was full so i carried on home at 10 mph only for 4miles, but when i got near home it started to over run by its self which is quite scary. after checking oil again it was right up to the X mark which was suggesting that i have fuel dumping into the sump (DPF removed & re-mapped) which is strange. i took the rocker cover off only to find that one of the solid metal fuel return pipes had broke, & dumping fuel into the oil & then the sump, hence the over-run. Has anyone else heard of these pipes breaking off ? Luckily it was just sitting in the corner of the head. Got a new one on order but it is a strange one to happen.?

hi guys, got an update on the Mazda 5 the fuel leak off pipe was broken by injectors 3&4 jumping, so fixed that, checked oil all seems ok....... But then the oil light came on still suggesting a pressure problem. I then remembered that i have not cleaned the sump pick-up for a while so off with the sump. Well to say it was blocked is an understatement, took a while to clean but got there. Happy to say all back together and sounding/ running well with no after effects.
