Vibration at 62-70 MPH
Bought a brand new 2017 CX-5 ( Oct 2017 ) and the first night I drove it home on the freeway at about 55 mph I felt a vibration, not in the steering wheel but more so in the steering column, does not pull left or right ! Also feels like it's more noticeable when I let off the throttle at around 70 and its coasts down to 60 mph !
1st visit to dealer - they said one of the front tires were out of balance. Drove it home now the vibration starts at 62 thru 70.
2nd visit to dealer - They said all the tires were out of balance and this time used something they called "Force Balance check". Drove it home much better but still has a vibration same speeds.
3rd visit to dealer - When I showed for appointment they said they want to reschedule so we agreed on Nov 10th and will give me a loaner car and keep my vehicle all day and consult with Mazda, well they could have done that for this appointment rather then waste my day off !
I asked them if they tried moving the front tires to the back they said they did that on the 2nd visit, mentioned to check the tires although new one could be out of round. I checked the tire pressures all were the same cold at 34 psi - door sticker reads 36 psi
Any suggestions ?
Thanks
