I bought a new 2012 Mazda 5 grand trouring 10 days back. I signed up for Mazda Advantage program 6yr/75K. I negotiated well and I think I made a good deal on this whole buy. But I just realized that I made mistake in signing up for KARR Security System. Until now I was in impression that this is offered by Mazda itself but today I came to know that I signed up for some 3rd party security system on my car (yeah, I agree that I am stupid). I called the dealer to have this system removed and they asked me to call KARR security system company. I called them and they asked me to get back to dealer.

Now the questions:
1) Is this KARR security system worth for extra bucks?
2) How can I get this removed and get my money back?
3) Dealer claimed that all parts in the car are provided by Mazda itself. Isn't he wrong about that statement. I think KARR security system is a 3rd party system installed on Mazda cars.
