Question Headlight Aiming Instructions?

I just purchased a 2008 Mazda5 with only 128,000 miles. Bought it during the day and discovered the first night the low beams were WAY off. The headlights are halogen, not the xenon units. I can't figure out how to adjust the aim of the low beams and have not found any information or videos online. Really appreciate any links or instructions. I am thinking about swapping out the headlight assemblies for xenon units--what do you guys think in terms of better light output or not? THANKS!!

I wouldn't mess with them. What a nightmare to change one. Unless you have a lot of free time and money leave them alone is my advice. Wait until they go out before any decisions
