Did anyone use this when they bought the new 5? I went through all the steps with my dealer and Mazda is not working with us. Has anyone else had any problems with this?

Well I got on the Mazda site and request the Gerber Certificate and got an email reply with the certificate. I took it to my dealer, bought the car (van) and the submitted the paperwork for the gerber rebate. I was told by my dealer it would be a couple of weeks before I would see the $500. After a month or so I call the dealer to see what is going on. They called Mazda and Mazda is disputing the certificate saying I also need something from a magazine ad. My dealer is trying to work it out but I just dont understand the problem.
