Hi , just bought a 2010 Mazda 5 sport. The remote only opens the passenger electric sliding door. Been told by the dealer this is correct. Could someone confirm this
They both open fine of the button inside car

 

Yes - this is how it works from the remote - only rear passenger side can be opened from the remote. It's the same on mine.

 

I am inclined to agree ... only ever been able to open the left passenger door remotely ... HOWEVER .. on two occasions as I have walked toward the car and pressed the unlock buttons on the remote ... the RIGHT hand sliding door has opened ... but I can never reproduce this and have no idea how and what I have pressed. Surely someone knows how this happens?! I would love to be able to open both.
