is there a way to change the temp display from Fahrenheit to Celcius on my mazda 5 2012? or only the dealer can change this for me?

 

The instructions are in your Owner's Manual.

 

Where? I've read through the damn thing twice now, and I still can't figure it out.

 

Does your manual not have a section titled "Ambient Temperature Display"?

 

Yesterday, I would have been willing to swear that it didn't, but apparently it does. Hey wow.

I had looked in the index for Celsius, Farenheit, temperature, and a bunch of other things, but the word "ambiant" hadn't occured to me.

So, in case anyone else is searching for this on the internet (and I think they are, because I found many different unanaswered similar questions in my googling) and want more than a "RTFM" answer, here it is:

To switch from Celsius to Farenheit or vice versa, press and hold the "auto" button for more than three seconds.

 

I put it in there right before I made my last post to this thread (that's how I knew you had the section).

 

I bought a used 2014 Mazda 5 that unfortunately didn't come with a manual. Can somebody please tell me how to change the ambient temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit?
