Default Bluetooth Phone Static

I have a I-Phone 6-S blue toothed to my 2017 Mazda CX-5 and when someone calls me and they are speaking there is static along with their voice and only when they are speaking ! They don't hear any static when I speak and the problem goes away if I take my phone off of bluetooth and simply use as a handset.

I have tried other friends cell phone calls to make sure its not one persons cell phone but it occurs with all phone calls !

I have the latest I-Phone software installed ;-)

Anyone having this issue or just my car ?

Thanks

Turn off the phone and DRIVE!!!! There is NOTHING that you have to chat about that you can't do later. Columbus found the New World without a phone and without the internet.

Didn't get any serious feedback on this post but found out from Mazda there's a software update for CX-5 radio - it resolved the static problem !
