Blower Motor Replacement

HELP! Does anyone know how to go about changing the blower motor on the 2007 Mazda 5? I realize the glove box must come out, how is this accomplished?? I removed the only screws I could find but it will not come out?? Anyone that could help would be greatly appreciated.
