Alarm goes off
When we try to open the door manually with the key the alarm goes off . Does any one else have this proble?

What happens when you use the remote?
What brand of alarm is it? Did it used to go off when using the key? |

Only tried using the key once before and that’s when the battery was dead in the remote . Replaced the battery and was curious if I could use the key. Nope alarm goes off, so have to use the remote. |
Then that is completely normal.
The Alarm is controlled off the remote, not the door locks. |
