2009 5 need help not starting
 

I have a Mazda 5

Here is the story

I put the key in the door to unlock the car (due to the battery in the key fob being low) one on the kids pulled on the keys separating all the pieces in the key fob. I put everything back together now the the theft deturent light is on. All the lights on the car are working the key fob works by unlocking the car and locking.
The car will not crank over you turn over the key and nothing happens no sounds nothing

Next I put a new battery in the key fob and reprogrammed the fob. (still not working)

Then I removed the battery cables from the battery for 10 minutes thinking that that might reset it. (still nothing )

Help please about to burn it down

sounds like a damaged transponder in the key mate - have u only got one key?
